What are SIPs?
Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) are high-performance building panels used in walls, roofs, and floors. They consist of a layer of insulation (usually EPS, XPS, or polyurethane foam) sandwiched between two layers of structural board (typically oriented strand board, or OSB).
